Our client an industry leading software house is looking for a strong and experienced Product Director to take overall responsibility for product strategy, delivery and performance across a defined set of core product areas spanning both B2B and B2C.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Product leadership experience (Head of Dept/VP/Director level)
\n
• Define and lead the overall product strategy and roadmap
\n
• Ensure alignment between product direction, clients' needs, and company priorities
\n
• Lead and develop a high-performing Product organisation
\n
• Establish clear priorities across teams, maintaining a focus on delivering value for clients and consumers
\n
• Ensure the four propositions operate as a joined-up ecosystem
\n
• Deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across B2B and B2C products
\n
• Develop B2B2C journeys that provide a clear and simple experience for end users
\n
• Ability to identify where AI can improve user experience and efficiency
