We're looking for an experienced IT infrastructure professional to join a growing organisation as a Senior Lead - IT Systems Administration.

This is a hands-on technical role responsible for the performance, security and continuous improvement of the organisation's infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, cloud services, end-user devices and business-critical systems. Acting as a senior escalation point, you'll lead on complex technical issues while driving automation, standardisation and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows, macOS and mobile devices through Intune, Autopilot and Microsoft 365.
\n
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
\n
• Support Windows, Linux and Azure infrastructure, including Active Directory, Hyper-V, DNS and networking.
\n
• Maintain security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, Defender and vulnerability remediation.
\n
• Manage backup, recovery and business continuity processes.
\n
• Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and service improvement initiatives.
\n
• Develop automation and Scripting solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft technologies.
\n
• Maintain asset management, licensing and technical documentation.
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online and Intune.
\n
• Experience supporting infrastructure, networks, endpoint management and cloud services.
\n
• Knowledge of cyber security best practices, patch management and compliance frameworks.
\n
• Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• PowerShell Scripting and automation experience desirable.
\n
• Experience supporting Apple devices and Azure services beneficial.
\n
