Creative Operations Manager

\n3 - 6 month contract
\nOur client, one of the UK's top retailers, are looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join them on a contract basis.
\nPrimary Outcomes & Accountabilities
\n- \n
- Manage and align incoming briefs (planned and ad-hoc) to strategic brand objectives and plan. \n
- Distill all briefs for Creative and Content, ensuring all activities are watertight before briefing the partner agency. \n
- Act as the day-to-day interface with the partner agency's client services team, problem-solving and championing change. \n
- Leverage insight, data reporting, and KPI measurement to inform decision-making. \n
- Manage the content operations budget and P&L, including planning, forecasting, and period-end reporting. \n
- Manage internal stakeholders and champion new processes and ways of working. \n
- Act as the gatekeeper and provide production oversight for creative briefs alongside the partner agency. (to note this does not include advertising, publishing or podcasts) \n
- Facilitate strategic project creative output through the hybrid studio. \n
- Support internal adoption of the content orchestration technology platform. \n
- Actively engage with change and create the conditions for the hybrid model to thrive. \n

- Content delivered to brief, schedule, and budget. \n
- Accurate financial reporting. \n
- Achievement of efficiency targets and year-on-year gains. \n
- Positive relationships between brief owners, vendors, and creative teams. \n
- Effective presentation and feedback to senior management. \n
- Successful performance management of the partner agency. \n
