They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Family Law Solicitor who is dedicated to exceptional client care.

This role involves advising clients on a broad range of family law matters including divorce, civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues, family finance, and children matters.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
\n
• Perform work accurately and reliably, adhering to the firm’s risk management procedures.
\n
• Stay updated with changes and developments in family law.
\n
• Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers to enhance client service and firm reputation.
\n
• Actively participate in the marketing of the department and assist in strengthening client relationships through various initiatives.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues, family finance, and children matters.
\n
• Knowledge of the legal aid system is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Strong ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
\n
