- Support departmental budget monitoring and expenditure tracking using Excel \n
- Maintain accurate records relating to facilities spend and operational activities \n
- Assist with office security processes, including access passes and visitor management \n
- Distribute internal and external mail and coordinate courier services \n
- Support daily messenger and delivery requirements \n
- Manage stationery ordering, stock control and distribution \n
- Assist with document archiving and records management \n
- Support office moves and furniture relocation projects \n
- Provide administrative support relating to office systems and telephony \n
- Maintain stock levels of kitchen, refreshment and office supplies \n
- Carry out printing, binding and document preparation tasks \n
- Assist with general workplace and facilities administration \n
- Support ad hoc projects and operational activities as required \n
- Ensure communal office areas remain fully stocked and operational \n
- Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements \n

- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail \n
- Ability to work using initiative and manage priorities effectively \n
