  • Support departmental budget monitoring and expenditure tracking using Excel
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records relating to facilities spend and operational activities
  • \n
  • Assist with office security processes, including access passes and visitor management
  • \n
  • Distribute internal and external mail and coordinate courier services
  • \n
  • Support daily messenger and delivery requirements
  • \n
  • Manage stationery ordering, stock control and distribution
  • \n
  • Assist with document archiving and records management
  • \n
  • Support office moves and furniture relocation projects
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support relating to office systems and telephony
  • \n
  • Maintain stock levels of kitchen, refreshment and office supplies
  • \n
  • Carry out printing, binding and document preparation tasks
  • \n
  • Assist with general workplace and facilities administration
  • \n
  • Support ad hoc projects and operational activities as required
  • \n
  • Ensure communal office areas remain fully stocked and operational
  • \n
  • Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • \n
About YouThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:\n
    \n
  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Ability to work using initiative and manage priorities effectively
  • \n
  • A positive, flexible and proactive approach
  • \n
