FULL TRAINING PROVIDED – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. The company is looking for someone with good attention to detail, a willingness to learn on the job and a positive, team-focused approach.

Multiple Immediate Start Positions Available

SALARY: £13.49 - £15.30 per hour (depending on experience) + Shift Allowance + Generous Benefits (see below)

\n

LOCATION: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Humber (DN15)

\n

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

\n

WORKING HOURS: 3-shift rotation between 06:00 to 14:00 (Monday to Saturday), 14:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and 22:00 to 06:00 (Monday to Friday). 8-hour shifts (average 42.66 hours per week)

\n

** Overtime paid at x1.5 Weekdays & Saturdays & x2.0 Sundays and Bank Holidays **

** Plus, Free drinks (3 per Shift) and Paid Breaks **

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Production Operative working within a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

As a Production Operative you will support machine operation across the production line, carry out material handling tasks, assist with quality checks and help maintain a safe, efficient and productive working environment.

\n

DUTIES

\n

Once trained your duties as the Production Operative include:

\n

\n
• Operating Machinery: Run manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
\n
• Following Procedures: Adhere to established quality and safety standards
\n
• Carrying Out Checks: Complete routine checks and basic maintenance tasks once trained
\n
• Monitoring Output: Identify and report production or quality issues
\n
• Supporting the Team: Work with colleagues to meet production goals
\n

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

\n

\n
• No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided
\n
• Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or factory environment would be advantageous but is not essential
\n
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
\n
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Good communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Willingness to work shift patterns including nights and weekends
\n
• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
\n
• Keen to learn on the job and follow health and safety procedures
