The Role

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate vehicle assessments and helping to ensure claims are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Assessing vehicle damage and producing accurate repair estimates and valuations.
\n
• Preparing detailed engineering reports using Audatex and Glassmatix.
\n
• Liaising with insurers, repairers and customers to progress claims efficiently.
\n
• Negotiating fair and commercially sound repair outcomes.
\n
• Managing your own caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Ensuring all assessments are completed in line with industry standards and company procedures.
\n

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the motor industry and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

You'll ideally have:

\n
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Motor Engineer, Automotive Engineer Assessor, Independent Assessor or Bodyshop VDA.
\n
• ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA or AQP qualifications (or be actively working towards them).
\n
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and estimating systems.
\n
• Experience using Audatex, Glassmatix and Microsoft Office.
\n
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\n
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
\n
