Role: Facility Co-Ordinator
\nLocation: Salford Quays (Greater Manchester Travel required)
\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent
\nSalary: £30,000
\nHours of work: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
\nReed are currently working with a leading commercial property management company as a Facility Co-Ordinator. The role will be based out of their flagship offices in Salford Quays.This is much more than an administration role, you'll be the heart of our Facilities Management team, taking ownership of the Facilities Helpdesk and ensuring every maintenance issue is managed from initial instruction through to successful completion.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage the Facilities Helpdesk, logging and prioritising planned and reactive maintenance requests. \n
- Coordinate works, allocate jobs to contractors and proactively chase them through to completion. \n
- Raise, issue and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring works are authorised and costs are controlled. \n
- Monitor quotations, purchase orders, invoices and completion reports to ensure jobs are closed efficiently. \n
- Provide excellent communication to clients, tenants and contractors, keeping everyone updated throughout each job. \n
- Carry out regular property inspections across the managed portfolio. \n
- Support statutory compliance and planned maintenance programmes. \n
- Travel to client sites across the North West to provide holiday and operational cover when required. \n
- Work closely with the wider Facilities and Property Management teams to deliver exceptional customer service. \n
