Main duties:

\n

A dynamic client-facing role combining administrative assistance and operational exposure within a high-end consultancy firm.

\n

You will be managing client files and processing documentation, providing exceptional support to clients.

\n

\n

The role:

\n

- Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact

\n

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly and on time

\n

- Manage client expectations and provide clear updates throughout the process.

\n

- Track progress, identify delays or issues, and ensure they are resolved promptly

\n

- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly

\n

- Handle sensitive or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism

\n

- Identify additional client needs and contribute to improving processes and customer experience.

\n

\n

The candidate:

\n

- Previous experience in account management, client services or equivalent

\n

- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at the same time.

\n

- Fluent in both French and English to a very high standard, with excellent communication skills.

\n

- Confident handling sensitive situations and communicating complex information clearly.

\n

- Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing circumstances and unexpected delays.

\n

- Strong team player with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments

\n

- Proactive, solution-focused and comfortable using CRM systems

\n

- Happy to work from a Central London based office Monday to Friday essential (no hybrid or remote-working options available)

\n

- Inquisitive and proactive, with a genuine desire to learn and embrace new challenges
