We are currently recruiting for a People Services Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with an interest in HR and people processes to gain valuable exposure across the full employee lifecycle.Initially offered as an ongoing temporary assignment expected to last at least three months, this role could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right individual.The RoleWorking closely with the People Partners and wider HR team, you will provide efficient administrative support across a range of people-related activities, helping to ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.Key responsibilities will include:\n

  • Supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle, including starters, movers and leavers
  • \n
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR correspondence
  • \n
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR systems are updated accurately
  • \n
  • Assisting with onboarding and induction processes
  • \n
  • Supporting absence management and other employee relations administration
  • \n
  • Responding to employee queries and providing first-line HR support
  • \n
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing documentation for People Partners
  • \n
  • Producing reports and carrying out data entry as required
  • \n
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and data protection requirements
  • \n
About YouWe are keen to hear from candidates who have:\n
    \n
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, People Services or a similar environment
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Experience working with HR systems or databases would be advantageous
  • \n
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
  • \n
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • \n
