Estate & Operations Coordinator - Salary to £28,000 - Henley-on-Thames
\nAn exciting and highly varied opportunity to join a busy and diverse private estate, supporting the day-to-day operation of a unique property portfolio, visitor destination, events business and commercial estate. No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating contractors on a refurbishment project, liaising with the general public and suppliers, or organising maintenance works. The next, you might be helping prepare for a major event, responding to customer enquiries, supporting accommodation bookings, or assisting with operational tasks across the estate.
\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of tasks, builds strong relationships with people at all levels and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up when required. This is a hands-on role where you'll become an integral part of a small team and play a key role in keeping the estate running smoothly.

- Coordinate maintenance and repair works across the estate's buildings, offices and grounds. \n
- Liaise with contractors, tradespeople and specialist service providers to ensure works are completed to a high standard. \n
- Manage servicing schedules for key estate infrastructure, equipment and safety systems. \n
- Support the management of residential and commercial property interests, acting as a key contact between occupiers, contractors and professional advisers. \n
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure actions are followed through to completion. \n
- Assist with fleet and vehicle administration, including servicing, repairs and compliance requirements. \n
- Ensure contractors comply with site health and safety procedures while working on the estate. \n
- Assist with estate improvement projects and refurbishment works as required. \n
- Act as a central point of contact for a wide range of internal and external enquiries. \n
- Manage shared inboxes, ensuring communications are responded to or directed appropriately. \n
- Source goods and services, balancing quality, service and value for money. \n
- Maintain accurate records, databases and operational systems. \n
- Support the administration of bookings, events and estate activities. \n
- Handle enquiries, process bookings and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. \n
- Liaise with local residents, community stakeholders and external partners. \n
- Build effective working relationships with contractors, service providers and professional advisers. \n
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors and event-related resources. \n
- Assist with event setup, operational delivery and breakdown activities. \n
- Support visitor experiences and help ensure events run efficiently and professionally. \n
A bit about you....
\nWe're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You may already have experience within estate management, facilities, property, operations, hospitality or events. Alternatively, you may come from a strong customer-facing background and be looking for an opportunity to develop a broad operational skillset.
