  • Drive exceptional sales performance by delivering against agreed targets and timescales.

  • Monitor, analyse and interpret KPIs and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across multiple sales teams.
  • \n
  • Lead, coach and develop managers and their teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability and high performance.
  • \n
  • Act as a key member of the Senior Management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and supporting business growth.
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, representing the Contact Centre and collaborating to achieve shared objectives.
