The Role You will manage and support a varied caseload of employer's liability and public liability claims, including:

\n
• Fast-track and multi-track litigation
\n
• Employer's liability claims
\n
• Public liability matters
\n
• Claims arising within healthcare environments
\n
• Cases requiring strategic litigation management, detailed evidence analysis and regular client reporting
\n

About You The successful candidate will have:

\n
• Approximately 8–10+ years' post-qualification experience with relevant EL/PL litigation experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
\n
• Experience managing a busy caseload independently
\n
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
\n
• A practical, commercially aware and client-focused approach
\n
• Confidence handling complex matters while working collaboratively within a supportive team
\n
