Conveyancing Assistant
Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant or Conveyancing Paralegal to join the Residential Property team of a well-established and forward-thinking law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career within a supportive environment where you'll gain exposure to high-quality residential conveyancing work, receive ongoing training and benefit from genuine opportunities for progression.
\nWorking alongside experienced fee earners, you'll play a key role in supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include opening new matters, preparing client care documentation, completing client questionnaires, responding to routine client enquiries and ensuring clients receive a proactive, efficient service throughout their transaction. You'll also assist with file management, compliance procedures, matter progression and completion processes, helping to ensure every transaction is handled accurately, efficiently and in line with the firm's high standards of client care and regulatory compliance. You'll have the opportunity to undertake supervised fee-earning work while providing valuable support to the wider team and stepping in to assist fee earners during periods of absence where required.
\nThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a conveyancing support role, either as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal, together with a good understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
\nIn return, you'll join a firm that is committed to investing in its people and offering long-term career development. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll benefit from ongoing professional training, clear progression opportunities, a supportive and collaborative working culture, and flexible or hybrid working arrangements designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.
\nIf you're looking to build your conveyancing career with a firm that values its people and provides excellent opportunities to develop, I'd love to hear from you.
