Telesales Executive – Temporary Role Location: Burgess Hill Contract: Temporary, 2 - 3 months with potential for extension

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced and meaningful sector. You’ll be the first point of contact for warm enquiries, guiding individuals through a service that could have a lasting impact on their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with new enquiries and building strong rapport.

• Managing a pipeline of leads and guiding them through the sales process.

• Advising existing customers on additional services.
\n
• Keeping accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

• Someone who’s curious, proactive, and comfortable explaining complex ideas in simple terms.

• Detail-oriented and motivated to meet targets.

• CRM experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
