Marketing OfficerLocation: Kegworth, East Midlands 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Immediate Start Available Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent BenefitsOffice based for the first 6 months, then will move to become a hybrid role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the construction and civil engineering sector for an experienced Marketing Officer to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, proactive, and driven marketing professional to play a key role in strengthening brand awareness and supporting business growth across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, creating engaging marketing campaigns and content while contributing to the promotion of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects.The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will support and deliver a wide range of marketing initiatives, helping to enhance the company's profile, engage stakeholders, and showcase project successes. This is a hands-on role that will see you taking marketing ideas from concept through to delivery, creating compelling content across multiple channels and supporting strategic marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities\n

- Plan and deliver marketing activities to promote projects, services, and company branding. \n
- Create engaging content including photography, graphics, video content, and digital assets. \n
- Produce infographics, presentations, brochures, promotional materials, and marketing collateral. \n
- Manage and develop content across social media platforms, websites, press releases, and short-form video channels. \n
- Support the planning and delivery of events, project launches, site visits, and promotional activities. \n
- Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations. \n
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects in line with strategic marketing plans. \n
- Maintain marketing budgets and contribute to internal management and board reports. \n
- Monitor industry trends and identify innovative marketing opportunities. \n
- Collaborate with internal departments to support business-wide marketing initiatives. \n
- Support community engagement and social value activities. \n
- Ensure all communications reflect company values, culture, and brand standards. \n

- Third-level qualification in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related discipline. \n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar marketing role. \n
- Experience within the construction, engineering, or built environment sector would be advantageous but not essential. \n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva. \n
- Experience producing photography, video content, and editing digital media. \n
- Strong creativity with the ability to develop concepts through to finished marketing outputs. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. \n
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team. \n
