This role provides flexible, zero-hours work to support:Annual leave coverSickness coverIncreased client demandThis position will be reviewed regularly and may lead to a permanent or full-time role as our client base grows.You will support individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and supportAssist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility supportPromote emotional wellbeing, companionship, and independenceSupport medication in line with training and care plansFollow individualised care plans, risk assessments, and guidanceMaintain accurate records and communicate concerns appropriatelyUphold safeguarding, dignity, and confidentiality at all timesEssential Requirements:Previous experience in care is essentialHome care / domiciliary experience preferredA genuine passion for delivering outstanding careReliability, professionalism, and strong communication skillsAbility to work independently in the communityRight to work in the UKNo sponsorship available for this role.DBS RequirementsTransferable Enhanced DBS preferred. If a transferable DBS is not held, the applicant will be required to fund the cost of a new Enhanced DBS, which will be processed by James Signature Care.
