Air Export Agent

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in Mallusk who are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Air Export Agent to join their team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing air export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring all documentation, communication, and system updates are completed accurately and efficiently.You will work closely with customers, airlines, brokers, and internal departments to deliver a high standard of service while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full air export process from booking through to final deliveryEnsure accurate and timely data entry into the company operating systemTrack and trace air export shipments internally and externally via airline systems and direct communication with airline officesCoordinate the timely delivery of freight and shipment documentation to customers and brokers for customs clearancePrepare and process export documentation accurately and within required timelinesEnsure accurate and timely customer and supplier invoicingBuild strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and shipment supportMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulationsComplete required annual training in line with company standardsSupport the wider operations team as requiredCriteria6 months to 1 year of experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry (or equivalent training)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailEffective communication and customer service skillsA positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and developGood level of education, preferably A-Level standard, with minimum GCSEs in Maths and EnglishThis is a great opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced international logistics environment, working as part of a supportive and professional team.Please send CV to Colleen Farquharson via the apply link#NIT2Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
