Analytics Lead - Marketing & ProductUp to £96,000+ | Hybrid - 1 day per week in CardiffA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Analytics Lead to join a business undergoing significant transformation. This is a greenfield role , offering the chance to shape the analytics function, influence strategic decisions, and build best practice from the ground up.Reporting directly to the CEO , you'll split your time between 70% hands-on analytics and 30% leadership and strategy , leading a small analytics team while remaining close to the technical work.What you'll be doingLead analytics across marketing and product functionsDeliver actionable insights into customer behaviour, product performance and marketing effectivenessBuild and enhance dashboards, KPIs and measurement frameworksPartner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decisionsCoach and develop a small team of analystsHelp establish a scalable, high-performing analytics capabilityWhat we're looking forStrong hands-on experience with SQL and PythonExperience working with Snowflake and MatillionExposure to AWS (or another major cloud platform)Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience leading or mentoring analytics professionalsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical delivery with leadership and wants to make a genuine impact in a business investing heavily in data and analytics.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
