Financial Planning Administrator Team Manager Hybrid WorkingSalary to £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsLocation: BristolAre you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking to take the next step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on with clients and Financial Planners?An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a highly regarded financial planning firm as a Team Manager in their Bristol office.Our client is a well-established wealth management firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality financial planning advice. They're looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to provide administrative support to the Director of Financial Planning and 1 Trainee Financial Planner, as well as mentor and support a Junior Administrator. You will also act as the escalation point and support 4 Junior Administrators based in other regional offices.This is a varied role combining hands-on financial planning administration with team leadership, and suitable for someone who has strong experience within Financial Planning, mentoring junior team members, and looking to take that next step in their career.The Role:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Planning Director and 1 Trainee Financial PlannerPrepare client meeting packs and all associated documentationArrange client meetings and manage adviser diariesLiaise with clients and providers to progress new and existing businessProcess Letters of Authority and obtain information from providersMaintain accurate client records using the firm's CRM and workflow systemsManage cases from inception through to completion, ensuring an outstanding client experienceSupport, coach and develop Junior AdministratorsAllocate workloads and act as the technical escalation point for the administration teamEnsure all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA requirements while identifying opportunities to improve processesThe Person:Around 3 years' experience as a Financial Planning Administrator within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management environmentExperience supervising, mentoring or coaching junior team membersKnowledge of pensions, investments and wider wealth management productsStrong knowledge of the Financial Advice process, from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing client servicingExcellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailConfident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approachLevel 4 Diploma is welcomed but not essential.
