Production Supervisor

SourceCo Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a long-standing client based in Belfast.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that offers ongoing training, career progression and a supportive working environment.Working HoursMonday to Thursday - 08:30 16:30 / Fridays 08:30 14:00Salary£26,500 per annum , increasing to £28,500 following successful probation.The RoleWorking alongside the Office Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading, supporting and motivating the production team while ensuring customer orders are delivered OTIF. This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive productivity, maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement across the production operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the production team on a daily basis.Ensure finished goods are produced and delivered OTIF.Carry out quality control checks and maintain high production standards.Promote Health & Safety and ensure equipment is maintained.Manage finished goods and intermediate stock levels.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with the Office Supervisor to meet production targets and customer expectations.What We're Looking ForPrevious Production Team Leader or Supervisor experience.Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).Quality Control experience.Strong understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.Experience managing stock and inventory.Organised with excellent attention to detail.IT literate with good communication skills.A proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude.What's On Offer?Ongoing training including Health & Safety, Forklift, Fire Warden, First Aid, Warehousing and ADR.Long-term career progression.Company performance bonus scheme.Stable, permanent opportunity with a well-established employer.If you're an experienced Production Supervisor looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
