HR Advisor / People Advisor- Initial 6 Month fixed-term contract - Salary up to £37k based on experience, plus benefits - Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the central Lincoln office. Occasional travel to other sites may be requiredA successful organisation are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed term basis. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you will be responsible for; - Employee relations / ER casework (absence, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working etc.) - TUPE transfers - Implementing HR initiatives - Supporting managers with knowledge around employment law and legislation - Maintaining accurate HR data and reporting - Investigation meetingsTo be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience: - Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or ER Advisor role - Exposure to supporting with TUPE transfers - Strong knowledge of HR legislation and employment law - Background in handling ER casework - Strong communication skills - Access to a vehicle should site visits be requiredTPBN1_UKTJ
