Block Manager

Collins Property Recruitment is delighted to be working with a respected residential block management company to recruit a Team Managerfor its growing Property Department.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block Manager ready to step into leadership, or an established Team Manager looking for a new challenge within a customer-focused organisation.You'll lead and support a team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers and Estate Coordinators, while managing a reduced portfolio of residential developments across London and the Home Counties.Responsibilities:Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Managers and support staff.Monitor workloads, performance and service standards.Manage a reduced portfolio of residential developments.Build strong relationships with clients, residents, directors and contractors.Act as a senior escalation point for operational and client matters.Oversee budgets, compliance and service charge performance.Support continuous improvement and operational consistency across the department.About you:Minimum four years' residential block management experience.Experience managing your own portfolio of developments.Previous leadership, mentoring or supervisory experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Commercial awareness with experience managing service charge budgets.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Desirable:ATPI qualification or working towards MTPI.The Offer:Salary of up to £60,000.Hybrid working arrangement.Genuine career progression within a growing business.Supportive, collaborative working environment.Opportunity to lead, mentor and develop a successful property management team.Varied role combining portfolio management with operational leadership.If you're an experienced residential block management professional looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
