You'll diagnose faults, complete repairs, carry out planned maintenance, and provide a high standard of workmanship while delivering excellent customer service at every visit.What you'll be doing Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the regionEnsuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standardsCommunicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manuallyWhat we're looking for Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)Valid UK driving licence (essential)Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacitySolid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standardsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyA professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenantsWhy Join UsYou'll be part of a supportive team that values expertise, reliability and great customer service.
