As the Site Delivery Lead, you will oversee full lifecycle site delivery, including Capital Works and Principal Contractor responsibilities, supporting the construction of the Sizewell C nuclear power plant. You will lead a team of senior managers and coordinate a broad network of disciplines to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project execution, making a lasting impact on the UK's energy future.Required Skills:Proven track record in delivering complex, regulated civil engineering or nuclear projectsExtensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental responsibilityStrong leadership and team management capabilities, especially in matrix, multidisciplinary teamsExpertise in contract management, risk mitigation, and project control tools (e.g., Earned Value)Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skillsDeep understanding of nuclear safety culture, legal and regulatory standards (ONR, EA, Nuclear Site Licence)Nice to Have Skills:Experience with Hinkley Point C, Sizewell B, or similar nuclear projectsKnowledge of innovative construction methods such as self-climbing formwork, slipform, and post-tensioningFamiliarity with project management frameworks like APM or Prince2Ability to operate within a highly regulated environment, including NEC and FIDIC contractsPreferred Education and Experience:Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalentChartered Engineer (CEng) or Fellow status with ICE, IStructE, or CIOBDemonstrated success in managing project lifecycle from concept to handover, preferably within nuclear or high-security civil environmentsOther Requirements:Willingness to travel to multiple site locations as neededRelevant health, safety, and environmental certificationsCommitment to continuous improvement and safety cultureIf you are ready to lead transformative projects that shape the future of energy, take the next step in your career and apply now.
