\n Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Voids Joiner to carry out repairs and maintenance on a temporary to permanent basis in Sheffield & Nottingham.
Responsibilities of the Voids Joiner:

\n
• Completing work on kitchen and bathroom upgrades
\n
• Fitting skirting boards and architraves
\n
• Boxing in and fitting bath panels
\n
• Completing basic multiskilled works
\n
• Hanging doors
\n
• Fitting kitchen units
\n
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety
\n
• Ensuring tenant satisfaction
\n

Essential Experience of the Joiner:

\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
\n
• Basic DBS check
\n
