HGV Class 2 Driver Needed

Monday to Friday 07.00 17.00 Gloucester, GL1

ADR qualification preferred but not essential fully funded training to upskill available

The position of Class 2 Day Driver involves:

• \n

  Multi drop deliveries and collections within set geographical areas

\n
• \n

  Building and maintaining relationships with our customers as the face of Freightroute

\n
• \n

  Loading / unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security and positive load fit

\n
• \n

  Completing daily vehicle checks on your Company device

\n
• \n

  Keeping in regular contact with the transport team providing updates on progress aiding management of customer expectations

\n
• \n

  Maintaining the highest professional driving and legal standards

\n

Role Requirements:

\n
• \n

  UK Class 2 Category C Driving Licence

\n
• \n

  Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card

\n
• \n

  Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous

\n
• \n

  Passion for providing excellent customer service

\n
• \n

  Ability to work to deadlines

\n
• \n

  Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible and self-motivated.

\n
