\nAn exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in South London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Floor Layerto cover a commercial site. He or she will have a proven track record in laying vinly flooringideally with experience on commercial sites.\n
Hours/Details:\n
\n

• Monday to Friday
\n
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
\n
• On-going contract
\n
• £29per hour via umbrella
\n
• Immediate start
\n

\n
Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Complete flooring installations from start to finish, including vinyl sheet (cap and cove), carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl tile.
\n
• Carry out welded vinyl installations, including cap and cove finishes.
\n
• Deliver highquality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
\n
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.
\n
• Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
\n

\n
Requirements:\n

\n
• Minimum of 18 months experience in floor laying.
\n
• Proven experience installing vinyl sheet, carpets and carpet tiles
\n
• Skilled in all aspects of subfloor preparation
\n
• Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
\n
