Site Agent - Highways Improvement Scheme Location: Warrington Rate: £(Apply online only)- Ltd company available Duration: 12 months Are you an experienced Site Agent with a strong background in highways and civil engineering projects? We are currently recruiting for a Site Agent to support the delivery of a major highway improvement scheme in Warrington. About the Role: As Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of works on behalf of the client. Your responsibilities will include: ·Leading and supervising the site team to ensure successful project delivery ·Planning and coordinating site activities, resources and workforce requirements ·Carrying out daily site briefings and monitoring ongoing works ·Maintaining accurate site records, reports and project documentation ·Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental requirements ·Attending weekly client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships ·Managing subcontractors and supporting effective communication across all parties ·Working within NEC contract requirements and project procedures The successful candidate will have: ·Proven experience working as a Site Agent or similar role within civil engineering and highways projects ·Strong workforce supervision and site management experience ·A good understanding of NEC contracts and project delivery processes ·Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills ·The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams ·A proactive approach with strong attention to detail Essential Requirements: SMSTS qualification Highways Passport First aid qualification Experience delivering highways and civil engineering works For more information please click APPLY NOW or call Ty Darbyshire on (phone number removed)
