As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
\n
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
\n
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
\n
• Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning and development
\n
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
\n
• Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and dedicated team
\n
• Follow EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery policies at all times
\n

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
\n
• Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting
\n
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
\n
• A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and achieve their full potential
