Fire & Intruder Alarm Engineer Social Housing & NHS Contracts Location: Ideally based in UB, TW, SL, HA, WD or surrounding areas Rate: £250 per day + 35p per mile We are looking for an experienced Fire & Intruder Alarm Engineer to join a growing team working across long-term Social Housing and NHS contracts throughout West and North West London. This is a field-based contract with a consistent workload, covering a mixture of planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding and small remedial works. The Role You will be responsible for: * Servicing, maintaining and fault finding on fire alarm systems. * Working on intruder alarm systems, carrying out diagnostics and repairs. * Attending reactive faults across Social Housing and NHS sites. * Completing electronic job reports accurately. * Delivering a high standard of customer service while working in occupied buildings. The work is split across two main areas, including: * UB, TW, SL and RG postcodes. * W, WC, NW, N, HA and WD postcodes. What We're Looking For * Strong experience servicing and fault finding fire alarm systems. * Experience working on intruder alarm systems. * Confident fault-finding ability with minimal supervision. * Full UK driving licence. * Previous experience working within Social Housing, NHS or public sector environments is advantageous. * Must be able to pass or provide a valid Basic DBS (formerly CRB) check, as the role involves working in occupied residential properties and healthcare facilities.
