Employability TutorLocation: Grangemouth & GlasgowStart Date: 17th August 2026Duration: 1 Week in Grangemouth, 3 Weeks in GlasgowHours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pmContract Type: Sessional (potential for ongoing work)About the Role Trigon Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading National Training Provider, rated Good (Grade 2) by Ofsted. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Tutor to deliver a two-week employability programme in Grangemouth & Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate trainer who enjoys helping people build the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to secure sustainable employment. You will deliver engaging workshops and provide tailored one-to-one support, helping learners improve their employability skills, digital confidence, customer service and readiness for the workplace. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver engaging non-accredited employability and digital skills training to groups of learners.
  • \n
  • Provide basic IT support, including setting up email accounts, using attachments, navigating online job search platforms, and completing online applications.
  • \n
  • Support learners with CV writing, cover letters, job applications, and interview preparation.
  • \n
  • Encourage and motivate learners to actively seek and apply for employment opportunities.
  • \n
  • Deliver a combination of group workshops and individual 1:1 coaching sessions to support learner progression.
  • \n
  • Set realistic learner goals and monitor progress throughout the programme using the company database.
  • \n
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages confidence and participation.
  • \n
  • Complete all learner records and administrative documentation accurately and within required timescales.
  • \n
Skills & Experience Required\n
    \n
  • Previous experience delivering employability, adult learning, or vocational training.
  • \n
  • Strong IT skills with confidence in teaching basic digital skills.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting individuals with CV writing, job searching, and interview preparation.
  • \n
  • Ability to engage learners with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds.
  • \n
  • Comfortable delivering both group training sessions and one-to-one coaching.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage learner progress effectively.
  • \n
  • A genuine passion for supporting people into employment and achieving positive outcomes.
  • \n
  • Availability to commit to the full programme commencing 17th August.
