Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide award-winning design services to the residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architect to join their Stockport studio.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

\n
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
\n
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
\n
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
\n
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
\n
• Issue working drawing packs of information
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

\n
• ARB registered
\n
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Experience working on projects across various sectors
\n
• Experience working on high-risk buildings is advantageous
\n
• Excellent technical and presentation skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
