\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a specialist healthcare provider in Southampton for a Part-Time Business Administrator to support the Centre Manager and wider team during a period of growth.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, PA, EA or Team Administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance. An Enhanced DBS will be required for this role.

As the Business Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Centre Manager and multidisciplinary team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

Part time - 22.5 hours per week / 3 days

Fully office based, free parking onsite
\n
Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support

Taking accurate minutes during meetings

Maintaining records and documentation
\n - \n
Processing payroll and agency staffing trackers
\n - \n
Supporting compliance and information governance processes
\n - \n
Assisting with general office administration duties
\n - \n
Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
\n
About You

Previous administration experience

Strong minute-taking skills

Excellent attention to detail

Good organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office packages

Ability to manage confidential information appropriately

Enhanced DBS certificate required
