Senior Technical Project Manager - Digital Transformation (AEP/Enterprise MarTech)

London - Hybrid 3 days, plus occasional UK travel. Initial 12 month contract to start ASAP. £750-850pd inside IR35.

Are you a Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in enterprise MarTech implementations? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a world-leading global software vendor and lead a flagship digital transformation project for a major UK client.

Working within a dedicated professional services consultancy team, you will manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale marketing and commerce platform solutions. You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders, onshore teams and offshore delivery hubs to bring cutting-edge digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead scoping, requirement gathering, timeline creation, budget tracking, risk management and quality assurance across large-scale implementation projects.

• Agile Leadership: Drive projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including Digital Strategists, Technical Architects, Onshore/Offshore delivery resources and System Integrators.
\n
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise client executives, ensuring alignment across all project phases.
\n
• Resource & Commercial Management: Oversee resourcing, project forecasting and financial delivery to ensure high-quality standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record delivering complex digital marketing, MarTech or automation platform implementations.
\n
• MarTech Expertise (Crucial): Direct experience leading Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations.
\n
• Vendor/Consultancy Background: Strong experience delivering software implementation projects within a vendor, agency or consultancy setting.
\n
• Agile Mastery: Hands-on experience applying Agile/Scrum frameworks.
\n
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience managing blended teams across geographies and time zones (onshore/offshore model).
\n
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
\n
