Company culture\n

The firm has a highly supportive and team-oriented culture. Colleagues work together during busy periods and employees are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and contribute to the development of the business.

\n

A buddy system ensures that employees always have more than one person available for support. The firm believes that admitting when you do not know something is a learning opportunity rather than a weakness.

\n

Employees at all levels are encouraged to take ownership of projects and improve the way the firm works. This has included technical initiatives, technology implementation, workflow improvements and external presentations.

\n

The practice combines interesting and technically varied work with the flexibility, close relationships and supportive culture of an independent firm.
