\nLocation: Camberley (Office-based)
\nSalary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum
\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
\n\nWe are recruiting for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator to join a successful and growing FMCG business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both customers and internal sales teams.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive an outstanding level of service.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\nProcess customer sales orders accurately and efficiently using the company's ERP system.
\nAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
\nProvide administrative support to the sales team and wider business.
\nLiaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
\nCoordinate with warehouses, couriers, freight forwarders and other logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
\nMonitor and track customer orders, providing updates where required.
\nResolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
\nProcess credit requests, returns and associated documentation.
\nMaintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
\nAssist with general office administration and support where required.
\n\nSkills & Experience
\nPrevious experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service or Order Processing role.
\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
\nExperience using ERP or CRM systems (such as Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) would be advantageous.
\nAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
\nA proactive and positive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
