Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on an Audit Senior Associate or Assistant Manager opportunity on behalf of our client in Central Edinburgh.
\n\nPerfect for an ACA/ ACCA qualified individual with experience of leading external audits looking for continued professional development and an excellent work/ life balance.
\n\nWorking with an impressive corporate client portfolio (Scottish, UK and international), involving a mixture of audit, accounts and business/ client advisory work.
\n\nFantastic remuneration and benefits package, paid overtime, company bonus, flexi time, option of WFH 3 days a week, 35 hour working week, lots of flexibility, and a personal progression plan (to Manager).
\n\nThe Role:
\n\nAssisting in managing a varied portfolio of clients
\nLeading/ managing external audits from planning to completion
\nPreparation/ review of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102
\nManaging teams of junior staff
\nProviding assistance with technical queries
\nBusiness advisory work
\nClient meetings
\nAssisting in business development
\nBuilding strong client relationships

\n\nCA/ ACA/ ACCA Qualified
\nCA/ ACA/ ACCA Finalist/ PQ also considered
\nExperience of leading audits from planning to completion
\nPractice experience is essential
\nGood working knowledge of FRS102
