We are looking for a proactive and organised Senior Administrator to join our friendly and enthusiastic team in Norwich. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to play a key part in the day-to-day running of the business while supporting both colleagues and clients.

The Role

\n

As Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the management team across a wide range of administrative and operational activities.

\n

Key responsibilities will include:

\n
    \n
  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients, including billing administration
  • \n
  • Overseeing the Operations and Reception team
  • \n
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, and refreshments
  • \n
  • Administering the Fee Protection Portal, including setting up new clients and logging claims
  • \n
  • Assisting with QHSE policies and risk assessments
  • \n
  • Managing utilities and liaising with external brokers
  • \n
  • Coordinating student placements and work experience opportunities
  • \n
  • Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the office
  • \n
  • Organising team meetings and company events
  • \n
  • Overseeing debt recovery processes
  • \n
  • Providing reception cover one day per week and during holidays, including:\n
      \n
    • Booking appointments
    • \n
    • Answering incoming calls
    • \n
    • Responding to emails and enquiries
    • \n
  • \n

About You

What's on Offer?

  • Salary of £26,000 - £28,000, dependent on experience
  • \n
  • Full-time position, 35 hours per week
  • \n
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
  • \n
  • 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays
