Job Description

We are seeking a Project Officer to support our management team during a critical 6-week period as we relocate two key services to a new site. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth transition by developing effective business processes, engaging with staff, and maintaining clear communication with assessors and stakeholders.

Day-to-day of the role:\n

  • Collaborate with managers to develop and refine business processes tailored to the new site.
  • \n
  • Drive staff engagement initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.
  • \n
  • Create and disseminate communications to assessors and stakeholders to keep them informed about the relocation and changes.
  • \n
  • Develop comprehensive staff familiarisation documents, including induction materials specific to the new building.
  • \n
  • Perform any other duties commensurate to grade as requested by the management team.
  • \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:\n
    \n
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in organisational transitions or relocations.
  • \n
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with management and staff at all levels.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear and effective written communications.
  • \n
  • Experience in developing training and induction materials.
  • \n
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
