Temporary Administrator (Student Funding) – Bradford College
\n£15.00 per hour | 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmImmediate Start | Enhanced DBS Required
\nOur key Public Sector client (Bradford College) is looking for a Temporary Administrator (Student Funding) to support the Student Funding Team in delivering advice, guidance and financial support services to students across the College.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide face-to-face, telephone and online support to students regarding funding and financial support. \n
- Process student funding applications and assess eligibility in line with College regulations. \n
- Maintain accurate student records and confidential documentation. \n
- Respond to queries relating to funding applications, payments and attendance. \n
- Liaise with staff and external agencies to support positive student outcomes. \n
- Deliver excellent customer service and support colleagues across the department. \n
Key Skills Required
\n- \n
- Previous administrative experience. \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills. \n
- Experience providing information and advice to a range of people. \n
- Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. \n
- Ability to assess information against set criteria. \n
- Competent IT skills, including spreadsheets and databases. \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
- Professional, positive and confidential approach. \n
- Experience working with diverse groups of people. \n
Essential

- GCSE Maths (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). \n
- Enhanced DBS \n
