FP&A Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to move into an FP&A Manager role with a growing professional services organisation. This is a commercially focused role supporting senior management with financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision-making. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in financial modelling, forecasting, profitability analysis and cashflow planning, while also supporting finance-related systems development and process improvement. Key Responsibilities\n

• Partner with the senior management team to provide financial insight and commercial decision support.
\n
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for key business units.
\n
• Lead and enhance forecasting and cashflow planning processes.
\n
• Support finance system improvements and development projects, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.
\n
• Provide FP&A analysis of profitability, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
\n
• Prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and strategic planning.
\n
• Work collaboratively with finance and operational stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of financial information.
\n

Key skills and experience:\n

• Strong analytical and commercial finance capabilities.
\n
• Experience with forecasting and profitability analysis.
\n
• Strong Excel skills.
\n
• Experience working with financial systems and supporting system development or process improvement.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to business partner with senior management and present financial information clearly.
\n
