Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to move into an FP&A Manager role with a growing professional services organisation. This is a commercially focused role supporting senior management with financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision-making. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in financial modelling, forecasting, profitability analysis and cashflow planning, while also supporting finance-related systems development and process improvement. - Partner with the senior management team to provide financial insight and commercial decision support. \n
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for key business units. \n
- Lead and enhance forecasting and cashflow planning processes. \n
- Support finance system improvements and development projects, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented. \n
- Provide FP&A analysis of profitability, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. \n
- Prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and strategic planning. \n
- Work collaboratively with finance and operational stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of financial information. \n

- Strong analytical and commercial finance capabilities. \n
- Experience with forecasting and profitability analysis. \n
- Strong Excel skills. \n
- Experience working with financial systems and supporting system development or process improvement. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Ability to business partner with senior management and present financial information clearly. \n

- £55,000 – £60,000 salary \n
- Hybrid working – 2 days working from home \n
