Warehouse Security Control Manager

Following a recent internal promotion, we are now inviting applications for the position of Security Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to play a key role in safeguarding our warehouse operations and ensuring the security of our physical stock across the site.Reporting directly to the OperationsManager and working closely with the wider Security Support Team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the dayto day management of all securityrelated activities within the warehouse environment. You will be responsible for overseeing security processes, maintaining robust controls, and ensuring that all relevant standards, policies, and procedures are consistently implemented and adhered to.The Security Manager will lead investigations into security incidents, identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen site security. You will work collaboratively with operational teams to promote a strong security culture, ensuring colleagues understand and follow established procedures designed to protect our people, assets, and customers' goods.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
