Finance Business Partner

We're delighted to be supporting a privately owned Nottingham business in the search for their next Finance Business Partner. This is a real local success story that has achieved double-digit growth for the last 8 years and currently turns over over in excess of £100m. Reporting to the Financial Control you will support a number of key business areas with strategic financial decisions in order to drive growth.Salary up to £55,000p/a and the role will be fully site-based in Nottingham.You must be comfortable in a fast paced and business facing position where you need to build multiple stakeholder relationships. We are happy to consider candidates already operating in a commercial finance capacity or someone looking to take their first step into this world from an Audit background.Production of monthly management accountsTake the lead on forecasting, budgeting and business planning activitiesSupport the Financial Controller with financial modelling and scenario analysisPartner with non-finance stakeholders across the businessHelp to improve reporting, processes and controlsProvide support with year-end and audit processesWe are ideally seeking someone fully qualified but will consider candidates part-qualified with relevant experience.
