The role involves liaising with families to set up the service they require, supervising family time, providing direct family support, conducting welfare checks, delivering parenting interventions and working collaboratively with professionals to promote positive family relationships and safeguard children.The post holder will support families to improve parenting capacity, strengthen relationships and achieve sustainable outcomes.
