Systems Manager Smartsheet & Reporting

Rainford Berry is recruiting for a Remote Systems Manager on behalf of a leading UK interior fit out, manufacturing and logistics business with turnover of £150m and an enviable blue-chip client base across the retail, banking, commercial and leisure sectors. This is a remote role with occasional travel to client sites.The roleThe successful candidate will own and improve the Smartsheet ecosystem, creating scalable dashboards, automated workflows and reliable reporting that supports programme delivery, resource planning, commercial insight and supply chain performance.Key responsibilitiesDevelop, govern and optimise Smartsheet workspaces, templates and reporting structures.Build automated workflows, dashboards and insight panels across resource, commercial, programme and supplier data.Improve data quality, consistency and reporting governance across projects.Partner with PMO, Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders to turn data into actionable decision-making insight.About youYou will be an experienced Smartsheet specialist with strong reporting, automation and stakeholder management skills.
