Specialising in high-end renovations, heritage restorations, bespoke new builds and design & build developments, they have built a reputation for delivering outstanding workmanship and maintaining long-standing relationships with both clients and consultants.Due to a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for a flagship residential project in South Oxfordshire.Whilst this role is being recruited as a Project Manager, our client would also welcome applications from experienced Senior Site Managers who are looking to take the next step into a Project Manager position.Project Manager The Project Your first project will see you acting as the Number One on site, leading a prestigious multi-phase renovation of town houses within a residential estate.With approximately two years remaining, this scheme offers long-term stability and the opportunity to take ownership of the project through to successful completion.
