Job title: Roofer Location: Hastings Salary: 38,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Job type: Permanent PositionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established social housing contractor covering the Hastings area.This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled roofer with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. The role offers a varied workload, working across a range of roofing repairs while also undertaking associated maintenance tasks when required.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance worksWorking on both occupied and void social housing propertiesCompleting minor associated works such as guttering, fascia/soffit repairs and basic carpentryEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirementsAccurately updating jobs and completing reports using a PDA systemRequirements:Proven experience as a Roofer within the social housing or property maintenance sectorExperience working in occupied and void propertiesCompetent in carrying out a range of roofing repairsPrevious experience using a PDA or handheld device to manage workloadsFull UK Driving LicenceIn return, you'll be joining a reputable contractor that offers long-term stability, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity to work as part of an established maintenance team.Package:£38,000 per annumCompany Van & Fuel CardPermanent, full-time position40-hour working weekFor more information or to apply, please contact Sommer on 07502 427533 .TPBN1_UKTJ
