Their legacy is built on leading internal fit out projects, but their future is driven by their people.Who Is Our Client Looking ForThey are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Construction Coordinator to provide organised and reliable support across their pre-construction function, including qualification of incoming quotations, estimating support, document control, and opportunity tracking / chasing. The Pre-Construction Coordinator will provide a smooth handover from sales / bids to design and operations.The role will involve:Monitoring portals and tracking new tender opportunitiesQualifying tender documents and liaise with clients for missing information where requiredCoordinate communication between departmentsCRM project creation and managementMaintain and track project progress throughout the tender processCompleting bid application documents from an administrative perspectiveMaintaining tender folders, trackers, templates and submission recordsSupporting document control during the pre-construction stageProviding administrative support to the Bid and Estimating teamsAssisting Estimators with enquiries, document issue and information trackingManaging diaries, meetings, reminders and key submission deadlinesWhat Are They Looking For:Strong administration and organisational skillsGood computer literacy, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritise tasks and manage deadlinesHigh attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with documents, forms and online portalsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsBenefits:Death in service (4 x salary)Hybrid Working (1 WFH day after probation has been passed)Company Pension25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysHoliday buying / Selling schemeHealth shield - Health Cash Back SchemeAviva Digi Care plus AppCycle to Work SchemeEmployee Referral ProgrammeTPBN1_UKTJ
