Project Manager Leisure Construction ProjectsLocation: Mobile across sites and office in West London, Home Counties & South of OxfordContract: Ongoing / Long-term opportunityA growing Main Contractor delivering specialist leisure facilities, including padel court developments, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee multiple live sites. This is a mobile role managing 24 projects simultaneously across West London and the Home Counties, with offices based just south of Oxford. The incumbent will be responsible for managing their own workload from inception to completion reporting to the owner directors. This will be a role for candidates seeking an autonomous position.Responsibilities:Oversee delivery of 24 concurrent construction projectsManage Site Managers and site teams across multiple locationsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationLiaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractorsMonitor programme, cost control, and risk managementEnsure compliance with health & safety and quality standardsProvide regular reporting to senior leadershipRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager within constructionExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyBackground in leisure, commercial, or fast-track builds preferredStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisational and communication abilitiesRelevant construction/project management qualifications preferredFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelBenefits:Salary £75-85k per annumOpportunity to manage a portfolio of modern leisure projectsAutonomy within a growing and dynamic privately owned regional main contractorLong-term pipeline of workFlexible, mobile working environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
